Hawaii Riviera Aqua Park Resort ★★★★★

The staff were very nice but very limited food in the buffet.

This is a 2 to 3 Star hotel and not a 5 star all.

Very bad food, old rooms with bad toilets, lake of hand soap and towels, bad snacks. Regarding the staff some of them are friendly and the rest was totally unprofessional

The staff is friendly and location is amazing, very nice beach and the hotel has lots of swimming pools (with cold water though) but the waterpark is amazing we had lots of fun, but one slide the big one was broken..

The food was really bad (overall we stayed for 3 days) and we had diarrhoea every day:( Not much choice of food unfortunately. They cooked with one saugage 3 meals. Very poor entertainment programme. Only wi-fi is at the lobby (reception) so if you need to use it you need to go to the reception. When we checked out at 12pm we couldn't eat lunch afterwards so bare in mind if you having a later flight then you cannot each as the wristband has been cut off straight away.

1-staff were friendly and helpful specially guys at reception and restaurants 2-swimming pools varieties for kids & adults 3-beach's cleanliness was good 4-resort's location is quite close to all facilities

1-rooms' furniture need to be renovated and maintained 2- room's bathroom needs more maintenance and renovation 3-food quality should be improved especially breakfast meal as it was very limited and poor with varieties however you may think that breakfast is a basic simple meal but literally it was disappointed with serving ,in addition lunch and dinner were normal 4-snacks on the beach are not recommended ,very poor and limited

The pools and slides were great fun and well kept and clean! The property was clean also. The tour desk on site was great we loved our desert safari! Also tried the fish doctor spa by the pool. Can’t say enough good things about those.

We skipped the meals often, the people were pushy and seemed to not understand the concept of a line. I think the hotel could control this by simply putting up some railing or rope along with a few staff to direct traffic. The property is off the beat and path but everything you need is there.

one of the worst hotels you will ever deal with, But as a person spent 11 years in customer setvice i can say the staff are worst part of the story. it all begun with the check in employee who was trying to charge me with amount in EGP but he requested USD, when he denied i shown him the SMS that amount has been requested by USD instead of EGP. No one of them is accepting any kind of feedback, staff are not qualified and not trained on customer service skills. Food Quality below the average same food getting served. staff are taking care of foreigners not Egyptians (no offense but example to show), lots of issues with WIFI and connectivity and when we went to the reception to ask the (duty supervisor as he claims) told us it's our issue and we can't do anything, when i replied that i've already given low ratings on hotel booking websites he started to smile and to act helpfull , bad drinking water taste as it getting filled from tabs not mineral water, soft drinks are the lowest Quality on earth, lots of mosquitos, far from city, no entertainment and animation team are the worest, they are empathatic staff and really needs a good management. NOT Advisable to anyone except if you want to lose your money.

honestly speaking rooms are clean, pools and Aqua park are so many, wide range of breath taking land scape.

The garden areas

Setting in the hotel was a very terrible expereince ... the room smell was very bad and also the hotel smell in general was not nice at all they use a lot of bakhor which make the smell worse /: Even The food was not good it was creepy /: The services were not satisfiying i called the reception many times and there was no answer The pools were not clean enough

The food menu needs to be more variable than the existing one. We stayed for 4 nights and we eat the same food daily. Although the menu was excellent and delicious but try to add more variety to meet all the tastes.

The beach was limited to a certain area suitable for swimming and the rest was rocky and dangerous.

The view is awesome, so many pools and clean beach. Aqua park was fine and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food has so many varieties for all 3 meals. Animation team is wonderful. My family was happy there

Hotel is serving 2 other adjacent hotels for meals, pools, and aqua, which made it rather crowded sometimes. Hotel is far from city center. Food was fine, but repeated for every meals.

Kids pool was good .. Room service having cocktail and water bottles.-The restaurant is good-The reception is good especially the employee Ahmed

Good hotel but not great ..There is no good nightlife .. Beach with rocks-Cleanliness is not at the required level I stay a holiday in another hotel in Hurghada it four star  , not five, but it was better ..Sunny Days El Palacio Resort

Towels on swiming pool have a very bad smell also some rooms need a renovation especially the furniture Finally there was a very bad smell inside the main restaurant and they light "bkhour" in order to cover the smell

The hotel smells bad, elevators are not working properly, corridors are very dark and dirty. The rooms are horrible, the bathroom smells bad and the floor is sticky, I complained, they come to fix but nothing has changed. I attached some photos of the room and corridors. Non of my family members could sleep the first night, because of the smell in the room. The hotel is overcrowded and very noisy. The food quality is very low, although our room rate was all inclusive, but we had most of our meals outside the hotel. Most of the people are in swimming pool with long dresses. Hotel photos on booking.com are really misleading. I strongly recommend that Booking team revisit the hotel rating.

Food varirty & quality was very good. Aqua was amazing. Swimming pools are very good. Staff were helpful. The hotel was always clean.

Closure of swimming pool at 5 p.m which is very early in these sunny days. Beach is little rocky.

Number one is the food and hygiene in the restaurant-the food Wasn’t made with care and it tasted like it was reheated most days,the pizza had bits of chicken bone in it which was absolutely disgusting the rice was uncooked ,the burgers had small pieces of stones and so on.
